Shout Out – Author R. Mac Wheeler

I would like to acknowledge a terrific writer-blogger-friend for reaching a monumental milestone…publishing his 24th novel. I hope you'll visit his blog where he posts his photography (his pups are frequent targets of his obsession…he also likes trees) and give him a congratulations on Number 24… or visit his home page and peruse his titles…read an excerpt...and help him celebrate.

Mac spins tales around rich, gritty characters with a lot of baggage, and puts them through a bit more grief than they can handle. His tone leans toward the sarcastic, passive aggressive.

  7. Hey River,

Thought you might like to know that Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar just read your pawst, um post to me.

Aha, Mac, you are one "pawlific" writer, as Penny would state. Nice one and yep, we shall check you out. Well done on number 24!

That's it, I'm outta here. Thank you for reading this to me, Penny! Arf!

    Penny's fictional human,

    Gary :)

    1. Yep, Penny and her fictional human Gary, Mac is quite the pawlific writer, as well as a dog lover and foster dog dad. :)
