  1. I think I have to argue (another A word) with Virginia. Sometimes the only way to find peace is to ignore rather a lot of life.

    1. This is cat central month, Madeline! Always nice to see one of Captain Ninja's minion...as long as you're not a clone... ;)

  4. Visiting from A/Z. I had to laugh at that quote from Woody Allen, considering Woody Allen and the different things going on in his life. So true that we can't enjoy life or do life if we avoid it or certain things in it. Good luck with the rest of the challenge!

    1. I wanted a balanced outlook in life, Crystal...really, I wanted the sex in there but threw in something profound to go with it. :)

    1. I would have called him something else, Al, but we'll go with your sage...because I've sworn off bad language for the day. ;)
By the way, the cave smells strongly of dwarf cologne...tell them to take it easy in enclosed spaces.

  8. Maybe that's what got Woody Allen in trouble in the first place!

  9. Wait, you have CATS EVERY DAY!!!! You rock, River.

  10. Both those quotes are awesome! Excellent choices! And I am a big cat lady, so I love that you'll have cats on your blog every day. :D

  11. Cats, avoidance, and sex. Umm...what was the question again?

  13. I love the kitty and would not mind having hi/her. Woody's quote is cool as well. Avoidance is something I seem quite god at. How about you?

    1. I excel at avoidance, Glenda. :D Like right now I should be writing! I'm going to have 26 different cats this month...I'd be the cat lady for sure if I owned them all!

  14. Ah. Woody. That's what's got you into so much trouble! As for avoidance, I know a lot of people who practice it daily.

  18. I dunno - I have to disagree with Ms Woolf. On occasion, there's nothing more peaceful to me than avoiding everyone and everything - in a hot tub with a cool drink. (And, Mr. Allen, I mean ALONE.) :-)

  21. Sometimes peace would be easier to achieve if life didn't have to be in the picture.

Speaking of pictures, the cat is adorable! We have a yard full of them. We're the koolaid house, only for cats, not little humans. :)

    Have a great week!
