E Is For...

E is for…

Everything
“Everything you can imagine is real.”
― Pablo Picasso

Experience
“My experience of life is that it is not divided up into genres; it’s a horrifying, romantic, tragic, comical, science-fiction cowboy detective novel. You know, with a bit of pornography if you're lucky.”― Alan Moore

Love both quotes. And the Alan Moore one is all too true.

    1. EC - Yes, I'd be afraid of any cat looking like that, but especially one on my computer!

  2. I won't comment on the second one...

  3. Experience might not be divided up, but you have to find a way to represent some fragment of it somehow.

  4. May I hire the cat for some ghost writing? It seems to have the personality for cranking out some good words.

  5. I like the Picasso quote and I agree with it. It doesn't matter if it is only real in your own mind or not, it is real to you.

Thank you for your post. Have a great weekend!

  6. I'm with Alan Moore. I like to put a bit of all those genres in a blender and see how it tastes. Not as good as Jezebel's punch, but it can still get me drunk.

    1. Ron - Ah, but Jezebel's punch can send you into that blender...maybe that's not such a good idea...
